I would not recommend them to someone with an average or large head. A smaller head may find them too big, but they're great otherwise. Since they're a brand name, I am sure they are quality, and they don't move at all while exercising, which I find immensely helpful. Because of my thin and straight hair, the loose pieces end up all over the place when I use a clip or rubber band. These are the ones I bought in hopes of working and I am 100% satisfied with them. I think it would be too tight for a grownup They are hard to place due to being too tight after several hours, and become uncomfortable after a while. These head bands would work great for children.

I don't know why, but these pants don't stay put on me at all. Wearing them for about 5 minutes causes them to slide down. This problem has happened to me before with the same style of headband, so maybe it's Their nonslip side is designed to prevent slippage.
