A float life jacket with this lamentable flaw looks attractive and appears well-made - it sags and dries up too easily. It is only partially padded on the inner straps that go between the child's legs, causing the straps to cause severe chafing on the inner thighs of the child. First, we will talk about our During an hour spent in the water, a 5-year-old was complaining about large rubbing wounds on his inner thighs that would take up to five days to heal. There is no way to adjust the straps or padding so that they do not rub against his inner thighs because of the double straps. We were unable to use it in its current design.
It has a very slim fit and it looks really nice. I am sorry to say that my son did not I know at least it works because he wanted to catch toys at the bottom of the pool and the vest prevented him from doing so. had already gone halfway through his swimming lessons, so it turned out he did not need it. My recommendation is for anyone with children who do not know how to swim to take this class. In addition, there were two cute little lady bug arm floats included with the vest. They were a big hit with my younger son.
Upon receiving them, I found them to be an excellent product. In a month, after wearing the vest six times, the straps between the shoulders are ripping away from the vest. There is not any major pull or stress at these locations. The same thing has happened for both vests.
Despite the fact that I wasn't too tight, I was only tight enough to work as needed. Still, the design is flawed, so it shouldn't be used for more than a half hour a day.
It has been tough finding a life jacket for my tall yet skinny son because he is tall but skinny. The fit of this one is perfect. Unlike a lifejacket that sticks up to his ear, his lifejacket stays on his body because of the zipper. I find that the combination of a pad and two straps that go under his bottom and up to the buckles provides much more comfort that just one strap. A life jacket like this is ideal.
has only been 3 months since we started using this vest, and it has already torn. Initially, the handle to hold onto if the child falls overboard broke, then one of the straps underneath broke, and then the second, and the buckle on the top strap around the waist is hanging My guess is that it will snap on its next use, although we won't see it then. This swim vest is dangerous and There is no need to sell this product, and I do not recommend its sale. I don't believe it is reliable and for a product so important, I would think they would put more care into its.
We have a swimming pool in our house, so I bought this for my grandson. It is totally safe for him and he loves it. Even the floaties on his arms were removed since we find this item to be very useful. I liked the fit of the bag, and the bottom strap ensures that he won't It is very important to me to ensure the safety of my precious grandson, so this item is well worth the cost. Purchasing this product is a must for any parent who has a pool or takes their child swimming regularly. I can't think of any reason not to invest in.
I found the helmet to be a great fit for my 7-year-old son for canoe trips. The extra straps between the legs keep it in place, so I'm confident it will stay in place.
