In general, the pad is dense and firm, save for the two holes for the sitting bones. I found this product to be superior to the half-inch neoprene pad I ordered. At some events, the chairs at the events are quite hard, and the band might be playing for two or three hours. There is a possibility of a little soreness after that! It's been quite challenging to find the right seat pad for me. I saw someone using a SKWOOSH a couple of weeks ago and asked if there was any way I could sample it. I knew as soon as I sat on it that I had to own one. It looked like the Dragon Boat Gel Pad was similar to the older version of his pad, so I ordered that. For approximately a week now I've used it many times (mostly in my kitchen and while practicing. During the weekend, it will go to its first dance.

In order for the ball of to be positioned, you must place it. There's nothing to worry about. You have to position the ball of your hip exactly where it needs to be, but it is far less bulky to carry around than a traditional hip flexor.

You can get as close to nothing as possible with this cushion

As close as it gets to nothing, this cushion is almost useless. The thickness is about as great as a thin magazine, and it's not much bigger than a sleeping mask. My child is only 2 years old and I am not a large woman! I might be able to buy that for my child. The price is way too high for the value of the product.

This item is so small it really isn't worth the price. In our kayak, it definitely will be useful, but I had expected it to be much larger. I am especially glad I purchased it for that price!.
