Which pins do the L pins that you see in the photo belong to? Unfortunately, I did not receive any! ?

Under the orange caps on each bracket, you will find the bolts and pins inside the pipe sleeves.

A little bit over 1 3/4" is the inside diameter of the sleeve. Are you saying 1 3/4" OD pipe would work with the pump? Could you tell me if I'm correct?

That is not what we mean. A 1 OD pipe sleeve will fit the inside of an OD 1 pipe. It's more like 1" instead of 66" Five eighths of an inch

It seems that the bolts are too short if the board is 2 inches wide?

As far as the boards are concerned, they are actually 1 and a half inches in diameter and the bolts worked fine.

There is junk in there

There is junk in there. One of the holes of the 6 we ordered was a bit smaller than the others, which resulted in us having to drive the pipe down manually. There was no adjustment for depth possible due to the pipe getting stuck. Additionally, one of the tensioning bolts that held the pipe was detached. I am no longer able to adjust the height on that one as well. I ended up taking four hours to accomplish something I was supposed to do in an hour. This is a poorly made product. If you want to save money and time, go In the fall, I do not know how to get the dock out of the house.

This is an excellent system when you have to do DIY work This is an excellent Probably at least 15 years ago, the galvanized post started rusting out at waterline

The shoes also had some mud on them. If weight is straight up and down, aluminum would be fine. I don't have a boat banging against the dock, BUT. Aluminum would not be appropriate for a boat of this size. A paddle boat and fish can be found on my dock. I also enjoy tanning, wine, and fishing. If I had to choose again, I would use TDs.

A very easy to install product

I found the product to be very easy to install on my new dock, and the pin system will prove useful when removing the dock in the that this connector made is strong and does not sag when you use it. I have several of the Tommy Dock products on my dock and am glad I went with them.
