. The fact that general lanyards are not sold as "KITS" should be noted. Assuming it meant the switch is included, I was wrong. In addition, there are other kits on Amazon that come with the switch for just a few dollars I am wrong, I will record this in my "LESSONS LEARNED" file, and not look for deals any more. I admit that I was at fault here. It was a good read, but I will read more thoroughly next time.
lanyard (ONLY) As far as quality goes, it is "OK". The clasp is thin and made of stainless steel. My goal is to find the switch I need to make the darn thing work, which is why I am using it for now.
I could not close the switch sufficiently on my 1988 Johnson 90. The gap was too large for the switch to depress The gap had to be narrowed by gluing in a piece of plastic.
