Questions & Answers

is its height? What is its width?

Size of container 9" in length and 3" in width (inside).

The rim is a 15 inch 5 hole with four holes. It is possible to use this with five lug nut holes on each side. ?

HOWDY, yes, you shouldn't have an issue with the 4 1/2 inch hole spacing. In some cases, you may have to mount the spare to the trailer with its front side facing in, depending on how deep the offset is.

What is the fitting for 6 lug wheels?

However, I had to bend mine out a little (by hand) so it would fit my 6 lug wheels.

Are the nuts compatible with a specific wrench size?

In order to put the nuts on, you will need a 3/4" wrench.

I have tested this for 4 and it works
5/5

The given number (with some work) is 12. The narrow 4 is too narrow to find a spare tire carrier. In the 80s With a 12" tire on a PWC trailer, and a 3" x 1" wheel, it takes a very little space. The smaller spare is usually tossed in the car trunk or P/U bed, probably because most folks forget they have it. It's a u-shaped bar It is too long to tighten the bolts, and there are too few threads for the bolts Having searched for months for the perfect complement, I have finally found her The largest 18-foot crane in the world (Can be found on Amazon) 1701 Rubber Coil Spring Booster. There is exactly 3" of space to nestle the U-shaped plastic It provides enough offset to allow the threads to hang close enough to the wheel for the bolt to fit perfectly. The U-shaped portion of the cutting was just trimmed off by a few inches A perfect fit has been achieved due to the bolts.

This is the answer if you have trouble understanding how it works like I did
5/5

Here is the solution in case you are having trouble figuring out how this works. In addition to the threaded ends on either side of the U bolt, the angle bracket has a small screw holes that can be used to screw onto the U bolt. This product helps keep not so bright thieves from stealing your tire. The smart ones will just use a battery operated saw. This is the story of (tires, a trailer, boat, truck, wife.

This is a nice tire carrier
5/5

The trailer I am using has a small 5x8 foot bed, and two of these. My spare wheel was used as a spare after I purchased a new tire and wheels. When using this kit, attaching and locking the wheels to the trailer was really easy. Since I did not have a lot of tongue space, I mounted them on the side of the trailer, just in front of the Putting it on and locking it up is a simple process. Just twist it to the tightness you like and then lock it up. An extra key is included with the lock. In addition to the key I purchased, I also have three more. It is what it is. A spare tire should be pulled behind the trailer at all times!.

The Yamaha Rhino rim fits these wheels
5/5

To add a spare tire to my Yamaha Rhino, I modified it somewhat, placing rubber tubing over the rear so not to scratch my roll cage and drilling a hole behind the lug nuts for the pin, but for the price and ease of use, this is a good choice.

The stainless steel is of good quality
4/5

The bracket is well made and very solid. Sadly, it did not fit the tire bracket on my boat trailer. Is it due to the strange wasn't able to Although I do like the way it looks in my spare parts box!.

The spare tire mount on this trailer is great
5/5

Small trailers are well suited to this product. It's not pretty, but if you mount it how I did you won't be able to handle it with a regular lug wrench because the threader ends stick out a few inches. It can be cut easily with a hacksaw and the ends can be filed.

A list of specifications is below It is 3-inches high at the bottom of the "U" (where it fits onto the trailer) "1/16" [3 in
5/5

and beyond The rod is 3/8" diameter, but the threads are FORMED, getting up to 7/16" diameter The number of [nuts] is 18 About three inches into the shape of a U, the legs begin bending outward, and they straighten out about four inches into the shape. Half the width of the "U" measured from the INSIDE bottom. A length of about 8 inches is measured from the INSIDE bottom of the U to the end of the legs Almost 3 inches of threading on both ends and 1/2 inches of woven fiber on each side. You will have to experiment a bit with a 5 lug wheel because the legs are on exactly 4 inch centers. Fulton carries 1/2-inch rods, but this is NOT one of them. The rod is rather flexible and can be bent fairly easily. *This lock is a "Wafer" style lock (I worked on locks at the USPS) which can be broken without a lot of effort. Introducing the 'Key' [inserted] allows you to spin a bolt down so that the shaft of the LOCKSHAFT engages a blind hole in the brass and tightens up against an O-ring. A ring on the lock cylinder that only secures the lock cylinder I would not even attempt fastening it down on the knob without the key in place, as your wafers will 'fly off into never never land. ' The locks are indexed every 90 degrees, so I would not even attempt to tighten the knob. There will be no benefit to the O-Ring by doing so as it will only wear it out Speed up the ringing. components of the lock are primarily brass, though the lock shaft is "hardened"(? The lock is obviously a security measure of some kind Rotate while spinning Using locking brackets as a deterrent is a great idea!.
