Product Description

This light is a great looking boat light that you will be able to enjoy for years

The visibility should be about two miles

With the twist-lock base, installation is easy and fasteners are hidden

A little more than an inch and a quarter. To replace my pole light on my Minn Kota Talon, I installed it on top of it. The light is very bright and can be seen from all angles

Making some modifications to a 2004 Vlx illusion tower so that the nav stick no longer has to be dealt with. Is this something I would be able to use? Is that ok?

It is difficult to say how easy the swap would be without seeing the boat and tower on site. In spite of this, you can mount these to any flat surface extremely easily.

I love the bright colors and the cool look

The old pole light on the formula was dorky looking so I mounted one of these to the top of the transom above the swim platform. The beam is likely too low for it to be 100% legal, but it is so bright that it does not inconvenience me by the USCG. I found it to be much brighter than I anticipated and the pattern is cool. The front nav light I use is a polished stainless version of this one, so they complement the look of the boat well. Plastic is all that is used in the device, but it seems durable as long as people do not simply kick it. Since the two nav lights consume very little power, I can run them off the backup battery for a week or more.

It's bright for the price

The led is nice and bright. Previously, I had this mounted to one of my 12' Talon 2nd generation engines. Despite the flat base and the curved top, the light's seal does not fit perfectly flush because it has a small gap. Also, since the light is sealed, the gap is insignificant since the led will never be seen. am on board with this since I tap power from the Talon so that the light comes on every time I turn it on. In order to install it, you just need to pick a spot, mark the holes, drill and wire it.

My 16-foot Carolina Skiff is equipped with an outboard engine so I chose this accessory to mount the stern light to it. I solved this problem with a previous light light that broke very easily, but this one has a low profile and is rugged.

This is a bright and efficient design

This mount has an excellent design that allows you to bolt/screw it into place and then run wires into it. Once the light is on, rotate the cable on the light, and then connect it. Keep a life jacket at your disposal as well as a noise-making device.
