2 pins are included in the Perko 1060PB0DP. In order to gain access to the bow light, I had to give up a little utility Here are some suggestions to help you.

There was a 3/4" hole on the old one, and there is a 1" hole on the new one, but I needed to open it up with a router to make it fit, otherwise it fits well.

Despite only having two contacts, it does not have any settings

Only a rear light can be mounted on this base. This isn't the base you're looking for if you need a front light with three contacts. There should be a clear indication of this. This is not the case.
