Both pieces of the screw collar and the base were there when I received it.
It is not clear as to the feasibility on your boat since I used on my wellcraft. For the price, the light is great. It is also a good quality light.

As a replacement for the Attwood Nav Light base I had previously installed on my Bayliner 195, I purchased this. My expectation was that I would be able to replace the product directly by buying from the same manufacturer. It turned out that the pattern of holes required to mount the base did not match those of the previous Attwood product, which meant plugging the existing screw holes with epoxy and drilling new ones, making a 15-minute job take over an hour across two days (while the epoxy cured). The upside of this base is that it has a screw-on lid There is an attachment collar for the stern light where there was a friction fit before. I don't know what to do - A better security system is in place.
I purchased this plastic part, and I hope it will hold up, it fitted my Atwood anchor pole perfectly.
It's the worst product I've ever used. Even the collar that comes with it for a light pole doesn't I tried another light pole and found it to be similar to the first one, so I thought it might be just the collar. Buying is not a good idea!.
One had corroded to the point where it needed to be replaced. As an added bonus, it fitted perfectly in the hole and actually made me like it more.
It was easy to install, but the holes on the attwood product I was replacing did not line up perfectly with the attwood screw holes.
This is a great deal. I'm very happy with the results. It was a good decision to order.
It seems to work fine.
