My installation was "dead in the water" due to missing parts

The windlass should include an installation template as well as a (crucial) 'gasket'. Not in my case. Either it was accidentally left out, or the "not included" parts should have been noted in the listing. I found a template on the internet that was nothing more than a list of dimensions-- There is no such thing as a 'template. '.
