According to the product title, it states rear entry ladder, so is that to mean it can only be installed on the back of a pontoon or can it also be installed on the front?

It was not possible for me to mount mine behind the vehicle It was in the way of the depth finder. In my case, I mounted it on the side. Unless there are some fittings blocking the way and there is space enough on the front, you should have no problems.

I purchased it without reading any reviews prior to purchase. A sturdy, well-made ladder of this quality is precisely what I was looking for. The assembly was already complete when it arrived. This ladder is mounted to a paddle boat made by AquaCycle. The boat had to be modified to work (I knew that before I bought it), but it worked perfectly. It has a straight, right-angled shape it is sturdy and durable This camera can be mounted at an angle. In case you were wondering if this was some kind of cheap, flimsy device. Avoid doing so. The purchase I made has been a great experience.

You should fold it up carefully so that your fingers do not get pinched. In other words, I am very satisfied. Very sturdy and holds a significant amount of weight.
