The ladder cannot be mounted under the platform unless it is mounted beneath the It would, however, be the nuts and bolts that would bear all the weight of the person, rather than the ladder and platform itself. The ladder should be installed on top of the wall, as it should
My apologies for not understanding your question but I will give you a brief explanation of how they are built Whenever two round telescoping poles cross, there is a step. In each set of poles, there is one step, and in the other poles, there are two steps. Using the Velcro strap will stop the steps from telescoping remove it to open them. Using a bracket for each side of the poles, the ladder is attached to a platform by two screws or bolts. Each of the poles is attached to an attachable bracket by one bolt.
Under no circumstances is this ladder designed to go under a boat. It is structurally fixed at the bottom.
The latter will fit any flat horizontal surface, if its edge is strong enough to support 250 lb with six 1/4 inch

It was time to get a step for my flat bottom jet boat and I decided to get this one before buying a more expensive one. There are no regrets with this purchase at all. In order to install the bolts, I used 1/4" nuts and bolts. It was much easier to get into and out of the boat at the lake for the girls. No problem supporting my 230 lb frame on this bench. It's nice to be able to get into the boat easier and not look like a drunk sea lion trying to jump.
It is a little thin when compared to a 290 lb guy, but it does not This is installed on a pontoon boat and seems to be working fine. This pole keeps its folded up position when running, is long enough to get out of the water on the back of a pontoon boat, and easily detaches from the pole. Despite the fact that I don't use it often, it is nice to have and I would recommend it for pontoon boats.
Holy cow, you should purchase It is difficult to find a better deal at this price. You can check the price at your nearest marine and you will see that it is four times as much. Do you have one of those silly ladders that you throw over the side hooks? I tried that, but it didn't work. In all, it took 15 minutes for us to bolt it on to my boat. The hint is Placing washers behind the bracket is a good idea. I like that it works perfectly, it's always there, and it was a good price.
A long, very short ladder that came with my boat, a Bayliner, was used to mount this ladder. I can get out of the water without any problems as a result of this. My 54-year-old self found it easy to install ( it is my first computer). The ladder on the boat was insufficiently long, so you had to lift yourself out of the water with your feet up. I spent years trying to find a ladder that would mount on the back step as the ladder on the boat was so short. There's no need to worry any more! Because this ladder is long enough, all you need to do is step your leg a few inches and you're in You can fold it over the platform when you are running, and it telescopes in when you are not.
There was no hardware for the ladder, which is a problem. The ladder came quickly, so that was good. Even though I have not yet been able to install it, the mockup looks good and folds over and is still small enough to fit on my 17 foot bass boat so I can get to storage I think it looks pretty good and for the price of $189. 99, it is not bad at all. It was necessary to install a piece of aluminum under the back of my boat since the fiberglass by itself would not hold a big guy like me. How to install it is fairly straightforward. A folding mechanism keeps it out of the way when not in use. When rated on a scale of 1 to 10, a 7 might be an 8 to install it the right way. When you install the ladder on fiberglass, make sure you seal the holes around the ladder and add aluminum beneath it if you are installing it on fiberglass. When I get threw out of the boat I can get back in it easily with EzGo. I like it and I like the peace of mind it gives me knowing that in case something bad happens on the water I can just get back in.
It is an item that I am overall pleased with. Arrived quickly and ladder itself looks well made and to be as described. A star was taken away since it was unclear in the description that it did not include mounting hardware, if even simple instructions with suggested hardware were included. By reading the comments, I was able to find what others were using and purchased it. There's just one small thing I need to check if the 1/4" 1 1/2" lag bolts I bought were long enough to secure it to the back of the Aside from that, the construction appears to be very solid and the overall quality of the product is excellent.
We had to purchase mounting hardware as it didn't come with any, so we had to buy shims, bolts, and washers to complete installation. Pontoon boats are usually equipped with this device. Although it works okay, pulling a boat into the water is still very difficult without a top handle. This is what we're doing It took this ladder more than an hour to get these shape adults into their boat with good muscle strength! A rope was used to form a top handle. A ladder like this will fit perfectly on your boat if it already has a handle. You should look for a ladder that comes with a handle if you don't currently have one.
I was blown away by the quality of this ladder for the price! It is very well built, heavy duty, and would have been perfect, but our boat did not have the room (width) to mount it on the If you have a bass boat or boat with a platform off of the transom, I would choose a 3-step option. I was deciding between the three and four step option and the three steps matched the length of our aluminum tracker bass boat perfectly.
