I bought a pair of 8" which ended up being too small, so I sent them back, and received a pair of It was easy to return and the return was sent very quickly. These will be used on the side of a jon boat that I am installing some pvc pipe. A strong and nice way to hold up against.

item seemed to be brand new and in excellent condition. I guess it was returned by someone. I used this for my dock piling application and it worked great. It took longer than expected to process the order but that is likely It is expected that workers will be available in 19 days or less.
