The pipes I have are 2" pipes, and they work great. I am not at the lake, but if I remember correctly, they are 2" pipes.
The diameter of the hole is 5 inches (12, 7 cm). I decided to go with the 18" (45, 7cm) in this case. The size can be adjusted to fit pipes up to 5 inches (15 cm). This large, durable bumper provides an attractive and functionally rugged cushion for your docking system's leg pipes. Made from the same high-quality material as our dolphin fenders, each is 18" (45, 7cm) tall with a diameter of 5" (12, 7cm). This rubber mat has an air valve for easy inflating or deflating as necessary. When placed over dock leg pipes and mounting brackets, it prevents damage to your craft from protruding bolts.
If you cut the top off of it, then the bottom would match and it would fit down the middle. To prevent the bumper from sliding down all the way, you would need to mount a bracket on the pole underneath the bumper.

The general quality of the work is not good. The dock bumpers are to be purchased four times. In the picture, one side is shown, but we thought the tables were solid all These were meant to be used on our dock pools up high. It is not apparent from this image, but the other side of the dock board is cut out to curve Although it was not what we wanted, we had to do something, so we made it There is a first and second view, but the second view shows the other side. With the first view, it's circular on all sides, but the latter view shows the other side.
During the summer months in Michigan (which means lots of sun and wind), they've been on for weeks. My 25' pontoon and 19' aluminum fishing boat needed something to keep them off the dock posts and I searched for a few days before finding an appropriate design. We ordered grey ones, and they worked about as well as could be expected. The low profile and side fitting over the post and hardware are excellent. It is easy to install and takes little time. A minimum amount of wear on boat paint (any rubbing will cause the paint to wear, so to expect zero over the course of a year is not realistic, and if that is what you are hoping for, you'd better get a hoist and No cracks have formed nor have they faded from the sun. They are ready to go after pulling them off the dock, cleaning them with soap and water, and soaking them in mineral oil over the winter. In fact, I'm going to be ordering more as the first two we ordered were only a test run. Others I've seen are bulky, require tools, or aren't well designed. I am very pleased with these and they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it without a doubt. This might be of use to you.
I relied on some faulty answers in the questions section. This might be a great product, but I relied on one faulty user answer. A special request was made to ensure it would fit a 2 3/8 inch outside diameter dock pipe, and it was confirmed that it would. I understand now that 2 inch dock pipe means the outside diameter of the pipe and will not stretch to fit anything bigger. The ad says 2 inch dock pipe, but I thought it meant the inside diameter of the pipe. Since I got the item back, I am not out of pocket, but the pontoon is still at risk of bumping into the dock pipe when it is returned.
I would recommend these to any homeowner looking for an affordable, durable alternative to a plywood atlas. You can use these over the walking section of the pier pipe so your boat will not be damaged when docked by taking the cap off the pier pipe.
I got my order in a short amount of time. The steps were installed on my Pontoon boat pier to prevent it from hitting again the leg bracket and damaging the tubes, as well as helping it to dock more easily in the wind. I think they do an excellent job.
I still found it cheaper even though the same product was available elsewhere. My order was delivered on time and they worked perfectly. However, I discovered the same product for a lower price at After that, you can contact me. I'm not complaining, though it's still a good.
The best way to protect your boat from docks that are sharp is to use a rubber duck. The installation is very fast, taking about 10 minutes This lasts 15 seconds, and they remain securely in place. It's my favorite company and I recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
The product works as described. I find it doesn't fit around my dock posts quite as well as I hoped, but it gets the job done.
