Black Electrophoretic Coated Dock Cleats - These are well-constructed iron cleats that are corrosion-resistant and provide a good amount of durability. Included with 4 boat cleats are 8 bolts and nuts that can be used indoors and outdoors, too. In spite of the weather, these can hold their own.

The cleat is easily installed due to the hexagonal hole in the package. After installing the bolt, the cleat will stay in place. Holding the bolt with one hand and tightening with the other is no longer necessary.

It is suitable as a cleat hook for boat docks, decks, piers for tying up boats, kayaks, and jet ski's due to its wide bottom footprint, which adds to its strength.

They're perfect for what I needed. This was actually purchased so I could use them as door pulls to go on cabinets I built for a nautical theme The size is perfect, the quality is high, and the finish is outstanding. The bolts were painted black after obtaining new ones of the right length You've done a great job.

As hoped for, it was meant to be installed with the through bolts, however I had to use screws to mount it into a wooden deck, so hex sockets in top weren't ideal
