Rusty. I had the product for a week and it rusted within a week due to the enameled coating over iron.

I would not recommend using it outdoors due to rust issues.

Cleats for blind cords that work well

The cleats that came with my outdoor blinds were too tiny. So I replaced them with larger ones. It is a sturdy connection that holds quite a bit of cord. Just be aware that screws are not provided.
