At 13, they should be able to read and write. There is no need to charge them since they operate at 3 volts
There is a 12volt system in this house I have never seen it exceed it by more than 0.001 volts. A meter on my desk shows 5 volts. You would do best to reach out to the manufacturers if you are very concerned. When your battery or batteries are discharged, it is going to be in large part the amperage that will vary. After owning it for two (2) years, I have become so happy with it that I replaced the one in my travel trailer with a single NOCO, which is the best power outlet for 12 volt lighting and fans in my RV.
These work with all types of batteries according to my different model, but I'm sure they work with all
I received this in an email from NOCO concerning the Genius Gen2 on-board configuration You can charge your board with this The DC leads can be extended up to an additional 10' with no modification or disabling of the fuse. These wires are 14AWG. There must be an additional length after the fuse and the fuse must be left in place. The AC may not be modified in any way. As long as these guidelines are followed, the warranty will remain intact. Since we do not provide information about extending cables, you will have to find the appropriate cable and connections on your own. In order to ensure maximum safety, an additional fuse should be added near the battery.

I purchased this charger for use in my houseboat while it is in the engine compartment. I noticed that the batteries failed shortly after installing them and had to be replaced. When I got back onboard, I noticed a red charge light was blinking on a battery that should have been fully charged as I had just docked the boat and the engine had been running for about 6 hours. The charger automatically begins to work once shore power is connected. It was easy to hear bubbling fluid over the night when the red light remained on. Trying to unplug and re-plug the unit resulted in this behavior stopping. These behaviors are unfortunately normal for the charger in question. There were multiple batteries that were lost during this process, since the fluid was all In my personal case, I lost about $1200 in expensive top-of-the-line In the past few weeks I have replaced this charger with another brand without experiencing any problems. The feedback loop of this charger seems to be defective, as it always fails to determine when the battery is fully charged in every instance. may work as a charger, but it cannot be used as a maintainer in an unattended application.
I had to return it because it was defective. After several days of use, the voltage was still in the 14V range. A light display showed that the batteries were charged on range 6 (but LEDs said they were). In my interaction with Noco technical support, they claimed that the unit was defective and suggested I return it. Due to the other reviews mentioning the same thing, I figured I would give it a shot despite being skeptical. My favorite part is the design, the sensation of solidity, and the ease of set up and operation. My Marinco ChargePro (Guest) was ordered after I received a refund for my return. As soon as the Marinco detected a full charge, the voltage was lowered to 13v.
You will be able to charge the battery if you use 12 volts inside the boat while this charger is connected. Running at an 8 amp charge mode over a full 8 amp charge for the battery now boils away the water very rapidly. We used 12V power to run this thing for about 2 months before switching to 24V power Each day, we spend 4 hours on the computer. In the course of my annual maintenance, I removed the engine hatch to check the batteries. These two batteries are both Group 27 wet lead acid batteries. Normally, the house battery would be filled to the top of the lead plates just above the crossbar that operates the cabin lights. We caught it just in time! To prevent this from happening in the future, I put the charger on a timer so that it will only run for 6 hours in the morning when I'm onboard or nearby. This has only been a week, so I will let you know how this goes.
The product page for it here on Amazon has a Recovery section that says, "applies a high level of filtration to get the most out When the voltage is low, a pulse charge is created A fault may be detected, such as a voltage problem or sulfation. I have a car battery that meets that criteria however, I have been using the NOCO Genius Gene 2 for a month without having any improvement. There has been a deterioration in the situation. It stopped starting in the morning when the battery was cold, but now it can't deliver the amps to start even when the battery is warmed up. Batteries like those could not be recovered by this battery tender. My grandmother gave me a lead acid battery desulfator a few years ago that I bought for $20 on Amazon. After connecting the alligator clips to the battery and letting them do their thing overnight, the car started up for the first time in days. And later in the day, it started for the second time in 24 hours. This morning as well. If a weak battery needs to be recovered, I ask myself what ever convinced me to buy such a high-end device Do you have a price for a Things are never done right by the NOCO Genius. However, your device seems to do an adequate job of maintaining a float charge on an otherwise Are you really going to spend more than $100 to do all of.
This item is constantly "offline" with lights flashing and no clue as to what it did. As a result of this, my RV always has dead batteries. When it is reset by unplugging and plugging it back in again, the RV works great and quickly recharges the batteries again. There is no reason to keep this on eBay and instead buy a more durable.
I read a few reviews for this product and they stated the distilled water in the batteries was all boiled off. Those reviewers apparently did not check the fluid level of their vehicles before charging them. This was an error on my part! The charger it came with boiled one of my two batteries despite the fact that I checked the levels before charging. If you don't want to end up destroying perfectly good batteries, steer clear of this device.
It should be noted that NOCO chargers aren't as reliable as they could be. Three years ago, the first charger literally blew apart. Burned plastic lingered on the ground and a sandstorm had broken out. In this case, the charger was found in the hull of a bass boat, not more than one foot away from the batteries and two In one of the deep cycle batteries connected to it, part of the top of the battery blew Batteries are now covered in acid. One of the replacements stopped working the other day there were no lights, just no power at all. As per the guarantee, a replacement was attempted for a period of five years. The whole truth isn't Basically, it was a prorated warranty for five years. Here are the results after From 5 years to 5 you will have to pay I had to get my cd-rom replaced for $95. Under Item D of the fine print, it also states that "warranty fee structure will be subject to When I reached out to them, they reiterated the warranty as written and would not take into account how Amazon lists it as a 5 year warranty. If one is looking elsewhere, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
