Is it the correct size? On my 2004 Si 210, I misplaced the cap.
Possibly from WEST MARINE.
There are no screws because it's just a cap. However, the boat's filling hose is secured by four screws.

This gas cap was EXACTLY the same as the one I had lost on my 2012 Monterey 204FS. My old one's safety chain snapped at the inside screw that holds it to the boat's built-in gas fill nozzle. We were, after all, conducting an in-depth investigation. When this happened, the water level rose - As a result, the gas cap is no longer in use. Because of the location of the screw inside the fill nozzle, replacement is a little tricky. If the screw comes out, you might want to stuff a rag or something in the nozzle. To get the inside screw set, I found it easier to remove the chain from the cap (less dead weight). It was very simple to put the inside screw back into the cap once it had been completed. br>br>Best of luck!.
We (I) misplaced our gas cap over the weekend because I forgot to re-install it. After you've re-installed the program, you can attach it. fueling. Finding a suitable replacement for an older boat was a major concern for me. I noticed Perko on the filler tube, so I went to Amazon to look for a replacement cap. I found this one, which appeared to be the correct one. I took a chance and ordered it because it appeared to be my best option. It turned out to be a perfect fit for our boat's replacement cap. I'm in a good mood right now. FYI, the packaging specifies that this cap is for use prior to the 2010 EPA fuel cap requirements, which is not included in the listing. It would have felt less risky to order this for our 1999 Supra Comp Ski if I had known that ahead of time. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
It's perfect for my Reinell 207 Bluewater Shadow from 2007. Because of the exorbitant price, I gave it four stars. Read the warnings about double-checking the year you need due to EPA changes, and so on. br>br>Do you have any patent numbers or other information that the cap would screw into? This is a cap with a couple of decades of patents behind it. There's a good chance it'll work. I used Google's patent search to look up my patent numbers and get the part number. br>br>On Amazon, the picture is terrible, as many others have stated. The metal cap appears to be a sideways grin in the photo. The metal cap is a single rounded piece, similar to the one that broke away from the plastic part and sank to the lake's bottom. I suppose Perkons will have to pay for his yacht in some way.
Key and hardware were missing, and the price was way too high. Is it really that difficult? It is stated in the description that the key is included, but it is not included. That'll have to be ordered separately now. Some businesses are simply incapable of getting it right. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business.
For my 2006 Sea Doo Speedster 200 Wake, this is an exact OEM replacement. Although the original was corroded, it was still functional. This one installs in seconds, fits perfectly, and restores the appearance of my boat to near-new condition.
FYI: It was of good quality and would have been fine, but it did not fit my 2014 Hurricane Sun Deck, which is 24 feet long. It is vented and has the correct thread size, but the threads are too fine. It is not the case with the factory cap. I'll be returning it.
On my 2008 Moomba LSV, it was a perfect match for the gas cap. It has a nice finish, was simple to replace, fits perfectly, and looks identical to the one that came with the boat.
On a 2006 Moomba XLV, it was a perfect fit. For the Gravity Games 2006, a towboat was built. According to the package, the cap will not apply to boats built after 2012 or those built from 2010 onward that have an EPA-compliant fuel system. Take a look at the photo on the back of the package, which clearly states that the cap will not fit those boats.
