Do you have a fitment chart for the Suzuki? To thread into a 10mm hole, it needs to be threaded. ?

This item is referred to as a 10mm adaptor, however, I received an 8mm adaptor instead of a 10mm, meaning it did not fit my Suzuki, and probably won't fit yours either.

It states that it is compatible with Suzuki and Honda outboard motors, but after trying it on my 2011 Suzuki DF150 four-stroke, it didn't fit.
