That's correct. Make sure the shells are in the right place. It was jammed because one of my grandson's friends loaded it the wrong way. We managed to extract it, but the gun is now damaged.
Yes, reloading them is possible. The gunew's plastic parts, on the other hand, do not fit together well enough for the parts to slide and function properly. The play bullets are also crammed in. I would not purchase these items again.
At any given time, it can hold up to three shells.
Don't compel someone to do something. If the shell is stuck in the magazine (bottom loading tube), push on the loading gate (the bottom door where the shells go) and pry it out with a small screw driver. If the shell is jammed halfway between the magazine and the barrel, open the action as much as you can (don't force it) and see if you can gently pry it out while shaking the gun. I tried purposefully jamming my sons, and that was the only way I could get it to jam. Only the correct shells will fit into the barrel chamber. Remember, don't rush things and be patient; I'm confident you'll be able to get through it. best of luck

This was purchased as a gift for a four-year-old child. I was under the impression that you could load the plastic shells, rack the gun, and the shells would expel from the side, but they don't; instead, they get stuck. The lights and sounds are as expected, and the gun's size is comparable to that of a standard shotgun. I was so excited to give it as a gift, but it turned out to be a mediocre toy in general.
I enjoy it so much that I played with it for days until my wife told me to return it to my 5-year-old son. He didn't seem to think it was as important as I did. The only annoyance is that the shells are always placed backwards, making it difficult to remove them.
Quality is exceptional. The sound board was detached from the inside and wobbling around loose in the handle, making it impossible to hear anything. Because the sound was so quiet and unrealistic before I realized it was damaged, I planned to use it as a costume to remove the battery compartment. This is truly a low-quality product. What you pay for is, I suppose, what you get. So, you end up with about $17 in plastic. It would be a good gift for someone who enjoys toy guns but isn't concerned with quality. br>br>.
Bullets and sound effects are included in this game. The kids adore it and it provides them with countless hours of entertainment. It also works well and is fantastic. If you go out in the rain or get wet, the speaker will stop working. We discovered this the hard way, but we will be purchasing more in the near future.
7yrs. I ordered this for my 5-year-old because he requested a real shotgun for Christmas. It's a big hit with him and my other two boys, ages 2 and 7. It's not too loud, so it's not too annoying to listen to over and over, and the ability to "load" it is a fantastic feature.
