Green Allen Company Universal Shotgun Plug

Most semi-automatic and pump-action shotguns are compatible with this accessory.

The tough polymer material is durable while also being gentle on your shotgun magazine.

The capacity of the magazine is limited to what is allowed for legal hunting.

If necessary, the material can be cut.

When not in use, it is easily removed.

Will this work with my Mossberg 500A? I saw a review for a 500 that said it didn't fit?

That was my review, which I had completely forgotten about until now. I doubt it will fit in the 500a; as far as I'm aware, the only significant difference between the two is the trigger pull. Because this plug is too large to fit into the tube hole, a thinner wooden dowel will suffice.

Will my Franchi affinity sport fit this semi-automatic rifle?

Autoloaders, on the other hand, are something I'm not sure about. This is the only pump action I've ever owned and used.

Will the Mossberg 935 work with this?

It certainly ought to. If necessary, you may cut it.

These are great for Remington 870 12 gauge shotguns, but they do not fit Mossberg 20 gauge shotguns as stated in the description

I ordered it for both and ended up using a plastic coathanger cut down to size for my 20 gauge, so be careful what gun you order it for because it is not universal as the description claims.

I'm at a loss for words. It's not difficult to make a good shotgun plug. It's a cast plastic item. It didn't break, explode, or cause riots in Portland, so I guess it did its job.

If I needed a four-round capacity, it fit perfectly and functioned flawlessly, but I'm hunting waterfowl, so this is a bit of a waste of time. As a result, the Benelli Nova Pump Shotgun is ruled out.

It's a good thing I did my research before duck season started. This plug is far too short, allowing three shells in the tube and one in the chamber, which is illegal when hunting migratory birds under federal law.

The price is unbeatable, and they are in excellent condition. Large enough to accommodate both 20 and 12 gauge ammunition. In Texas, this is required when hunting waterfowl or migratory game birds.

A Benelli Super Nova is too short for me

In my Benelli Super Nova, I had one of these for dove season. The plug is functional. br>br> It is ideal; However, it is not long enough to fit only two shells in the tube. (The third 2 3/4" shell fits perfectly. )br>br>Because I didn't realize I'd lost the original until the last minute, extending the plug was a relatively simple modification. However, because the game laws require a single piece plug, it is unlikely to be strictly legal. br>br>However, this plug-in is functional - It's also cheap, but I wouldn't use it on a Benelli Super Nova.
