That I do not know, but it has turned out to be the best product I have purchased. This bag contains four guns and all the pistol range gear I need plus a little extra. As far as I am concerned, it is 5 stars.
They are metal (at least the zipper pulls are). Yes, they can be locked. Having the zippers locked would make the bag much more secure, but I do not know what type of metal would be used. At the very least, would serve as a deterrent.

Only caution I have to offer is the fact that it is quite You can't pack in too many other items if you are placing sound protection muffs, eye glasses, and a couple of other odds and ends inside.
