The original one supplied to me was always too short for my liking, so I've changed it several times. Having returned home. I had a good experience with the case. The case has a decent zipper and a hard shell, but it's very large. It fits easily side by side on a G10. I was going to use it until the strap holding it started torn. I am not confident in carrying my GPS on this product.
