Approximately 34 inches of wire are involved in the project. If your bike computer is mounted on the rear wheel, you might need to attach it to the top tube.
You can either go up to By setting WS (diameter in mm x 3), it is possible to get a diameter of 685". The display should be set to 14"), OR 16", if it is direct. I saw that both of them fit no of the wheels on Amazon I looked at. If you reduce the Sigma result by the ratio of your wheel to the Sigma minimum, I suppose you could convert the results. What is Skippy's training like for Hamster Putting my fingers through the wire connecting the motor on the wheel to the computer on the cage would be my choice if I were Skippy It is neither my business nor the business of anyone else what I do for training.
The backlight does not work. There is nothing I recommend about I had to replace the battery after one week because it stopped working. There was a problem with the wiring.

My bikes all have Sigma units like this one, and on three of them I have an old Sigma. There's nothing I want more than something with an odometer, which tracks the distance traveled and shows speed. It would just be irrelevant to me if I knew how much CO2 I saved or how much fuel I saved. The measurement you get is very accurate when you input this number. In my journeys I use my phone and a fitness app to track my distance and I've noticed the distance is almost exactly on target when the app clocks off a mile. In addition to being very easy to install, I was glad to see that the spacers on the fork pickup keep the gap between the sensor and magnet on the spoke from forming. Furthermore, I like the fact that there is only one battery to deal with as opposed to wireless units which have two batteries. I've noticed that the battery life lasts much longer than a year on my other Sigma units.
After installing it on my bike, I even used a distance measurement gadget to calibrate the distance between the sensors, but it still worked intermittently for the first few days and eventually stopped working altogether. My device was returned, so I made a return request. Mind you, to return a device, you must generate a packing label and mail the device back to the manufacturer. Additionally, you will be charged a restocking fee, as determined by the company. As I did not want to deal with the hassle, I chalked it up to a "lesson learned". As I thought about it, I thought perhaps the battery is malfunctioning. My battery was dead, so I bought a new one. There was no recording seen on the display, but the display did light up. My attention then focused on a wire connected to the sensor but not secured to the reader. There was one wire that wasn't properly secured to I decided to rewire it myself, eager to get going and considering ANY warranty was already null and void. The item did not work regardless of trying this method (do not try this, it's not worth your time) and to my dismay it never worked. It is only necessary to assemble the parts once. A 30-day warranty would have been worth it even though the product was not made to last.
As the distance between the handlebars and the wheel is excessive on my folding bike, I could only find a bike computer that would work with it. My research showed that the distance between bike computers had to be shorter in order to ensure that the signal was strong. As a matter of fact, I have no choice but to believe what they say since the first bike computer I installed on this bike was wireless and Then after a couple of rides, it stopped working. It was only a few inches longer than the maximum distance listed on the installation instructions between the computer and the sensor. The one we have here works well. A wire of sufficient length can be used. It was impossible for me to get the wire length information from Amazon and I had to look it up However, I found that not only does it not calculate standard speed, but now it has stopped working and is basically useless. The only thing that annoyed me at first was that it did not calculate average speed, and thus did not motivate me to keep up my pace at the end of a long ride.
Thanks! It works like a charm! There is only one criticism I can make about the way the sensor and instrument are mounted on I am a little concerned about the way the head unit mount and sensor are secured to the bike because it comes with "O" rings, which are probably not reliable. It is recommended to skip the O rings in favor of zip ties for a more secure mounting. However, the instructions show using zip ties as an alternative. A better solution would be for the zip ties to be provided by the manufacturer.
Having used this trip computer for many years (each lasted about 3 ) and am comfortable with its output and quirky features. A certain percentage of the miles I ride end up in the rain, as I ride 12,000 miles per year on average. You will lose some data until the contacts under the front of your computer are dry if water gets underneath. If the water gets behind the front of your computer, it will short out the signal at the exposed contacts underneath. Moisture can also cause the contacts to corrode and need to be cleaned from time to time. It is generally my habit to carry with me a thin sheet of plastic that can be draped over my computer like a bonnet when it rains, and the data flows without interruption. It's much easier to live with a basic model, because I don't need.
Despite its low price, Sigma is a value company for cyclists. This computer is one of the best values that can be found Garmin is my preferred navigator, however I'd prefer one that doesn't use GPS Running a basic computer in case of emergency is a GPS feature. I have found that this is the best deal I have found so far.
A small monitor can be attached to any handlebar - perfect for anywhere on your bike. Despite its small dimensions, you can still use it When I saw the battery included, I was very happy.
I was unhappy with the installation of the previous one. I was still working when I was five years old. It was the wire going from the computer to the wheel that was faulty. Due to a split in the wire, the computer was unable to understand what was happening with the wheel. Just to be safe, I kept my old computer. But in all honesty, this is a pretty.
