This item arrived in a case that was not vinyl. The "leather" is of such poor quality that it would be an embarrassment to give it as a present. Return shipping to India costs twice as much as the piece itself. What a letdown!.

I got my paperwork from Amazon and followed the directions to drop it off with the item I wanted to exchange. The customer is no longer required to repackage Amazon as part of the procedure. Items purchased from com can be returned or exchanged. You don't have to worry about it because UPS will take care of it. I figured I'd have to wait a few days to hear from the seller. What a blunder I made! My Aussie Shepherd began barking late the next evening, so I got up to see what was up, only to discover a package delivery on the porch. It was the Compass, which I had given back the day before! I couldn't believe my eyes. I've never seen such excellent customer service delivered so quickly in my life, and I'm confident that I'll be ordering more compasses from this company in the future, and I hope they realize how much their prompt attention to my situation meant to me. It's wonderful to do business with people who are concerned about their customers' well-being as well as their reputation! In my opinion, NEOVIVID is on par with Top Gun. The appearance, the printed words, the leather case, and the overall gift-giving experience were all appealing. ableness. However, there was no description, no instructions, and no clear contact information with which I could inquire. br>It wasn't clear which side of the compass needle represented the directional arrow, but I assumed the painted arrow tip was the pointer - But it wasn't pointing in the right direction; instead, it was pointing in the wrong direction. br>Also, though it wasn't difficult to figure out, it shouldn't have been assumed that a particular lever was meant to release the pointer. br>I'm also not sure about the compass's accuracy because I didn't test it.
