I'm talking about the D-. Version with a ring.
Hello, br>For your paddleboard, the FCS surf sup premium soft rack should suffice; however, you may want to turn the SUP over so the fins are facing up. I'm using this soft rack to transport three yogawatermats around town, and it's ideal.
Yes. I've only used it in Costa Rica, where I'd be traveling at a slower speed than the typical California highway speed of around 80 mph. However, I've driven a couple of 2-door cars. There is no problem driving for hours on end on highways at speeds exceeding 60 mph. I'd wrap another strap around the board and through the car just to be safe. By the way, those are some nice racks.
I only use it for one board, but if the boards aren't too big, the straps should be long enough for two. I'm pretty sure the straps wouldn't be long enough for more than two people.

FCS racks are the only ones I've ever used. After the strap on my previous pair broke after several years, I repurchased these. Despite the fact that I needed racks for my surfboards, I purchased these SUP soft racks by accident. Because I'm too lazy to return anything, I used the racks anyway, and they worked perfectly; fun fact: these will also work with an 8' surfboard.
On a three-week surf trip to Panama, I used this board. There are no problems at all. ever. I'm hoping to use them for many more surf trips because they're still as good as new. Straps and buckles of the highest quality. Getting my board(s) on and off the rental was a breeze.
In Costa Rica, I used them for two weeks. They did a fantastic job.
I use it for two SUPs on a Toyota sedan, and it's a great product.
