I've never seen a lizard skin with a warranty attached to it. It ought to last at least one season, if not two. I don't think they're meant to last more than two seasons, but my boys are high school students who play approximately 40 games per year.

It wasn't a MANNY MACHADO Pro Label Game Grade MAPLE WOOD BAT that arrived. ASH WOOD BAT CUSTOM RAWLINGS PROFESSIONAL was the bat that arrived. The label appeared to be a sticker that could easily be peeled away. On top of that, there was no MLB INK DOT on the bat! I was extremely disappointed, particularly given the high quality of professional MLB wood bats. It's even more aggravating when the wrong item is delivered.
When gripped as low as possible, your fist wedges down solidly on the flat untapered knob, and an extremely thin handle helps deliver a lot of pop for under 31 oz, but the bat looks fairly new, the cup was off center by at least 1/8 ", and the fist usage left serious ball marks, which were rubbed off with alcohol, removing the finish as well. This is the worst finish I've ever seen on a professional bat.
The bat was first used by the oldest son last year, and he quickly became enamored with it. The handle is well-made, well-balanced, and comfortable to hold. I'll only purchase a wood bat if it's the only one available.
Good bat.
I bought three of them and they're great bats. In the second game, they were used to make a shot. 340 feet is the approximate distance.
This bat is very popular among my son's friends. Strong and long-lasting.
This bat was bought for my nephew as a present. He hit it square on the barrel in his first game and first at bat, shattering the bat in the process. They had to put the game on hold to clean up the debris. It's one thing if he'd been sawed off, but when you hit it on the barrel and the bat shatter, you have to question their quality control. This was supposed to be their top-of-the-line bat, but the kids I've worked with have told me similar stories. If you don't want to be disappointed and give your team an out when it should have been a hit, you should go with a different brand of bat.
Terrible.
