For a toddler or anyone older, this bat is ideal. The grip is excellent, the bat is light, and the barrel is large enough for my child to consistently make good contact. The team logo is essentially a sticker, but it has withstood numerous hits as well as being left outside on several occasions. I would suggest it.
The only complaint I have is that the plastic is thinner and flimsier than you'd expect from a $10 bat. (The material should be at least as thick as the ball itself. ) Aside from that, it's just a bat with a sticker with the team's logo on it. grip made of foam.
It's nicely packaged, and he'll be overjoyed because it's from Texas.
This set is a big hit with my 6-year-old granddaughter. When the ball is thrown to her, she can hit it all the way across the yard.
A plastic bat with a team decal slapped on it. It's exactly what I was hoping for. However, for what it is, it is still overpriced. The decal is available for two dollars all day. 99 points, plus the bat and ball for a total of seven points. So you'll be saving $10.
This has been a lot of fun with the kids. With this hat and ball, my 4-year-old daughter hits the ball very well. This barrel size makes it easier to hit.
I had hoped for something more than a plain old wiffle bat with a White Sox sticker peeling off of it.
Kids love.
