Sorry. By carefully editing the phonemes, I was able to get Miku to sing in English with a Japanese accent (which is exactly what I wanted).
Yes. Using the Vocaloid library import tool included with the full version of Vocaloid 3, all Vocaloid 2 voicebanks are compatible with the full version of Vocaloid 3 (not the tiny editor). (However, the import tool does not work with Vocaloid 1.)

Selected User Reviews For Vocaloid2 Character Vocal Series 02: Kagamine Rin/Len
It's an excellent show. It is, however, difficult to set up. I was given instructions that were entirely in Japanese. Yes, it took me a long time to figure it out. If you want to learn more about the program, I recommend watching YouTube tutorials. Before you move on to originals, I recommend that you start with covers. That's exactly what I'm up to right now. It aids in the learning and acclimatization of Vocaloid 2. Their voices sound fine to me, but I recommend using the "Clear" option because their voices sound fuzzy when you insert a note. Make sure to include dynamics and other elements, and your animations will come across as more realistic.
Good.
Hatsune Miku and Miku Append worked fine. br>However, I've been battling Crypton support for the better part of a year to get it to work. br>Something went wrong during installation. We've tried several times now. br>I would recommend it to anyone who works with it.
I just installed these guys in English a week ago. Len is a little difficult to work with, but he does sound better than Rin. That is why I will be getting my Appendices as soon as possible. Even though I only purchased them to get their Appends, it's nice to have them. Then it's on to IA. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone who is new to vocaloid music.
It's fantastic! So far, there haven't been any issues.
It turned out to be better than I had anticipated.
A challenging voice bank, but there is hope at the end of the tunnel. Now that Len and Rin have been out for a while, what I'm about to say is unlikely to sway many people's opinions, but here's what I got when I used them. This pair isn't particularly user-friendly. Both have a tendency to slur their words and speak in a choppy manner. Some people might find this cutesy and it adds to their charm, but I found it to be a bit of a pain. Both of these devices, in addition to slurring, are a little muffled at times, so use them with caution. But, before you go sharpening your pitch forks to kill, let me say something positive about them. Rin and Len, unlike their younger sister Luka and older sister Miku and MEIKO (from V1), both fill a useful niche and help to round out the crypton family. How so? Rin, I believe, is a better bridge voice between other female voice synthesizers as a powerful but cutesy voice (I personally used her to bridge Miku and Meiko together) Men, whereas Len is the younger male voice that was required to balance out KAITO. Rin and Len have both received Appends that have further enhanced their vocals, in addition to acting as good niche holders. Which, in my opinion, they should have just called the "Power Append" what it really was, a thinly veiled "Act 3," due to its ability to fix known issues with the two. The only disadvantage is that you can't just get the Appends; you'll need to buy Act 2 in order to use the appends. (This may be resolved with Rin and Len V3 upgrades), but if you're willing to spend some time learning the ins and outs of each of these vocaloids, as well as a little extra money on third-party software and its apends, you can have some very powerful vocaloids on your hands.
