Instead, I'd prefer to use Amazon's Cloud Player. Your music is available to you at all times. I was fed up with Apple's limitations, so I switched to Amazon Cloud Player, which is fantastic. This program isn't nearly as good as it appears. Prior to the release of Apple's cloud player, I had to rely on other products to organize my music.
I was able to transfer music from my wife's old ipod, which had been synced to a dead ancient macbook, to my newer macbook using Tune tools. If you're trying to transfer data from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5S, the best way to do so is to make sure your 4 is properly synced and backed up to a working iTunes or iCloud account. Only iPods, not iPhones, are supported by Tune Tools. Although the software was clumsy and unstable, it did enable me to back up my old iPod library.
Yes, it states that Windows 2000/XP, Pentium 500 MHZ, and Macintosh computers are required.

This is a classic case of bad software. Don't buy it; it doesn't work. I've tried it on three different computers, and each time the system crashes. I'm hoping that this company goes out of business as soon as possible. In my opinion, ValueSoft has become synonymous with Broderbund.
I've never been more dissatisfied with a purchase than I was with this useless software. Inadequate instructions and a lack of understanding features that already exist.
This was purchased for the purpose of transferring i-pods. The new computer tunes the pod. However, it did not work, and neither did the patch.
I believe it should be more compatible with Apple Music, as the conflict between the two is difficult to manage. When using multiple iPods in a single computer, you must avoid using iTunes because it may release a new iPod.
I was very disappointed with this product because I couldn't get it to work after I installed it. Then I noticed on the box that it was incompatible with the iPod touch and iPhone. On the website, this information would have been very useful.
I was unable to transfer any of the songs from my iPod to my computer as advertised.
There's bad software, Terrible Software, and then there's Terrible Software that's unbelievably sloppy. This is a good example of the latter. My opinions are based on the APPLE platform because I own a Mac. I believe the code was originally written for Windows in a Chinese Labor Factory and then sloppy copied onto the Mac Platform. I can't say for certain. I just know it doesn't do anything right, and it does so in a haphazard manner. However, one thing remains constant: it does not do S***.
It wouldn't load after I installed it due to a "null error. " I go to the website to get the patch, but it's only for PCs, and I'm using a Mac. Great. Finally, I come across a patch on the website. When I download it, it prompts me for my pin code. Who has ever heard of entering 000 before a pin number and leaving the letters out of the equation? So, I download it and open it, expecting it to work, but instead, it opens Tune Tools for iPod: Edition with a variety of media. It was the patch that I downloaded, not another program. As a result, I now have Toon Tools for iPod and Tune Tools for iPod: If Toon Tools does not work, go to valusoft's website and go to Tune Tools, click on Mac problems (I believe), download the patch, and tadah, you have Tune Tools for iPod: Multi Media Edition. Edition with a variety of media. In a nutshell, a great idea with poor quality, no patches, no customer support, no refunds, and no use. Don't buy it unless you're looking for a gleaming wallmount.
