I expected video recording of streaming services to be similar to that of competitors such as It is unfortunate that this is not true. Playon limits me to 720p recordings so I got this software so I could record series in 1080p. You have to manually start and stop every episode to record, because it cannot tell when the video has stopped if it has already been started. Its only failing is the lack of the ability to schedule series like Playon does. If the software gains that ability I will gladly rate it a six. The recordings do not require my attention at this time, as my schedule is already pretty hectic. It records Spotify tracks quite well, but I have tons of duplicates after it finishes recording all of a large batch then goes and records recommended tracks, which contain the same song.

The listing does what it says, but I didn't read it carefully enough to fully understand what this product does. I am pleased with it, however. It was just a matter of changing my outlook when I realized I had made a Having said that, I have used Audials a couple of times already and it seems to be reliable. If you wanted a recommendation to buy, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

The update from Audials has to be uninstalled and the Windows registry has to be fiddled with every time. There is no good news.

I tried it, but it did not work. A 100-percent refund was supposed to be provided to me. It would be nice if you could send me the CD or I don't have any help. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible.
