I recommend you not buy it. The negative reviews were important, but I didn't pay attention to them because of the experience that I had years ago with former versions of Toast.

Bought the software about 3 weeks ago, but I have been I get a message telling me I need to reinstall the software when I try to install it. They do not provide good customer service, or at least they don't seem to care. There are three steps involved I have waited 7 days for someone to reply (only by email) and when I do hear from them they are not helpful. In their newsletter, they merely forward me articles detailing how to solve the problem myself. The instructions are not easy to follow in some cases. I am beyond frustrated, because that is even worse. When I tell them that the solutions they have sent me did not work, I am sent another template email with the same solution that did not work in the past. With this company, customer support does not exist. This is a worthless piece of paper.

The Macbook Pro I own has a fingerprint reader and a touch pad I HAVE BEEN USING Toast 12 for a while to rip DVDs, burn backups, and such A DL Disk - BDR* I like the application most of all - it works very well for me A few complaints, but no actual complaints Now that I have a new iMac, it is working fine with my new operating system, The same disc burning can also be accomplished on this computer using Roxio Toast 19, which should be able to work with this There is no OS error message, instead I receive a message telling me that there is an OS problem. I receive the error 1310 every time I try to burn a disc. I tried it again with the same results. I was thinking maybe there was a problem with the My OS version is 11. I installed it. THE SAME RESULTS FOR 4 BIG SUR The error 1310 has been fixed It's overwhelming for me to know where to go from here. When I called Corel, I spoke to help for product support. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I'm doing! I spoke with an agent who tried to get me to buy "Creator NXT PRO 8 " Is that for real?.

There is nothing wrong with this product. It was more expensive for the 2019 version and it is not very good. There is a clunky old burner that I used to have on an old copy of Easy DVD burner, so I mostly purchased it for the DVD Although it's not easy to use, and the result isn't as nice as what used to be standard on PCs, the old Winburn doesn't look so bad either.

THERE IS NO VALUE IN IT. In order to burn data CDs and DVDs with multiple sessions, I purchased this product. There is no way to do it, even though I have tried endlessly. Seems like I spent $100 in vain. Only having a rating of 2 should not have stopped me from purchasing it.

I purchased this product to work with disk images in A toast format is used. The program, however, crashes when launched and makes it impossible to use. Customer support is incompetent, I tried contacting them. In the meantime, the response time was many days, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. After I've passed the return period, I'm stuck with software I can't even use, and support doesn't know what's going on (even after seeing multiple crash reports that prove to me that the program is coding.

I was only able to burn mp3 discs on my new iMac with a SuperDrive. It was useless to talk to the "experts" at Applecare. As a result, I chose Toast as my work-related application We took a walk around and it was great.

For this to work again, I had to go back into the System Preferences. Thankfully, this is not a big problem, but just a small irritation.
