Despite putting the SD card into the computer and putting it back in, it still didn't work, which led me to copy the whole movie to my PC hard drive. Due to its ease of use and friendly way to complete projects, I like this product. For my personal videos, such as those of my trips and family gatherings, I used this. Burning DVDs is one of the reasons I bought this. While it has worked on some projects successfully, most of the time I get an error message after up to an hour of it working on a project. I was able to play about 10 DVDs with it. No longer does anything work. I have updated Considering that we both live on different continents, customer support is not bad. The tool has operated twice in the last five days (out of about five attempts). There was absolutely nothing else I was doing on my computer at the time in either case - this could be the cause. Considering that it has not worked under the same conditions, it might not work for you as well. Though I like it better than some others I have tried (all 1 stars), I still find it.

The software I use for my main video editing is Adobe Premiere Elements 2020, but it does not include tools for burning bluerays. To solve this dilemma, I searched for a simple solution at an affordable price. You don't even need or want fancy menues when you burn a video disk. It becomes autoplay when you burn a video disk without a menu. I am very pleased with this software.
