It comes in a thin box with a card that has a serial/registration number, but there are no instruction or support

The disk arrives without instructions or support. Everything else is unnecessary. It does not exist. This is what it means The Corel program documentation and support by Corel are miserable, coupled with the fact that they're all offshore and contain VERY POOR As soon as you figure it out by (extensive) trial and error, the software works well. have yet to find a solution to the naming and labeling of DVD chapters. The support team did not help at all.

I can demonstrate that the product was out of date

The product I purchased would not download to my computer, it says it is outdated. I submitted a help request for this product. Having spent a lot of money on something I cannot use, I asked to be refunded or at least receive an updated version of it. I feel it's not right to be taken advantage of with false claims. It is necessary for the money to be I sent an email complaining about serial numbers being wrong on this product. You shouldn't be allowed to sell something that has already been retired. This is great until you have to adjust the display settings for the movie maker to work under the right conditions. The use of this generator can be fairly simple, but it can be quite difficult if you don't know how to do it Aside from that, it works as it should.

I had the worst experience with technical support. A callback that never came was kept on hold or I was waiting for a callback that never came. A problem with the installation caused the product to not work correctly, and everything went downhill after that. There is no tech support!.

It will not play the 5th generation of this product. As advertised, there is 1 Surround Sound or DTS! It would be more suitable to choose Nero 2021 or Cyberlink Media Suite if you want a well-rounded suite!

I am running 10 cores @ 4GHz with 16GB of RAM and SSD drives, and the installation took over an hour!.
