This is one of the worst customer service experiences Older versions of this program are my own. This was my purchase. The activation code must be entered. A little over an hour was needed After asking for the serial number, I discovered that it coincided with the code for activation. How can it still be asked for once it has already been Could not be done. I tried to locate this product on the customer service website, but it wasn't there. They were useless when I finally got hold of them. After giving them the number, they asked me to take a picture of the box with the number on it. My first attempt wasn't crystal clear, but it was understandable so they asked me to redo it. I am now on hold for another 30 minutes, and they then ask me to send in another number. After I told them I was finished with the entire experience, I said I would swallow the cost. So if you want to waste $100 and two hours of craziness, feel free to buy this product.
