Roxio Creator NXT 7 - CD/DVD Burning & Creativity Suite [PC Disc][Old Version]

I would discourage you from wasting your time or money with this. This program replaced my older version of Roxio easy media creator which offered all the features I needed for a quick and easy photo editing experience. ads for this version showed a similar desktop to the one I was using. However, it is no longer valid since a Windows update (it removed the certificates). This version has very few editing features, and most I am happy with Adobe Elements to serve my limited video editing needs because I don't need any of the video features. The deceptive advertising and high cost of this program makes me want to give it a minus star rating but I can't. The installation process took about an hour and the support was friendly but in the end the program is a waste. When I used the older version, all features were accessible from a single application. A separate app for each of the three apps is installed.

Is Corel/Roxio the right choice? The USA does not have any way of contacting them. I got caught up in a multilingual dispute with a woman in India who could not understand English and had no way to contact Roxie in the United States. A representative was on the phone with me. When I tried to use their serial number, it would not recognize it. My dad told me to take a picture of the serial number and send it to him. Originally, I sent the CD back to the company. A very frustrated person. It's not that I don't know how to do it, it's just that I don't know how to do it. For me, the purchase of Creator 7 NST 7 was driven by my desire to create DVDs with chaptering and menus. As an Adobe Premiere Pro user, I use it daily. In Adobe Encore, one could create menus and chapters, but Adobe dropped Encore, so a reason for purchasing Creator 7 was to create menus and chapters.
*Adobe Premiere Pro has a "Classroom in a Book" that will introduce you to the software and help you learn how to use it. As of right now, I have spent many hours trying to find a manual or user guide for Creator 7 that It was even so bad that I emailed their Tech Support to ask where I could download the
There has been no response from technical support. I now fear I will have to spend days understanding how to use Creator 7, as opposed to just an hour or two if there were My problem is that I cannot figure out how to use Creator 7.

It has a simple slideshow system, but no option to burn the files to CD. I have uninstalled Roxio NXT 7 and reinstalled Roxio NXT 7 too many times and now my product key won't work. I requested a new disc but no one is able to send it to me. The item you are about to buy is a piece of junk. I had no problems with Easy Media Creator 10 on my Windows 7 computer, but it will not work on my Windows 10 computer. My purchase of NXT 7 software was made on April 4th, and it arrived on As of May 31st, I knew I had to send it back. Different techs kept emailing me with different solutions that didn't work, and I have run out of time to return it. It is not worth the time you will spend experimenting.

While the program arrived on time and in good condition, I was unable to install it on my computer due to the malfunctioning product code. Although I tried typing it in five or six times to make sure it was the right code, I still was not able to get it to My customer service representative was polite and prompt in trying to help me, but unfair in how they asked me to do things. It was either a scan or a photo of the disc with the keycode that they wanted first. Because my phone was full of memory, it was not possible to use the camera, and my printer doesn't have a scanning option.
