In my word program, notes and ideas were floating everywhere, I was eighteen chapters into a novel. Every chapter was in a separate document and it was difficult for me to remember where I had said what. I was able to organize everything so well that I can find anything I'm looking for with one click thanks to this program. There's no way to overstate how important this is! I only wish I didn't have to spend so much time searching for my parked thoughts in my head while trying to tame all of the thoughts on my mind. The frustration I felt made me want to throw in the towel. Quite a few features in this program allow me to adjust my style to fit my writing. As a result of my excitement, I took the manuscript to the last writer's meeting for my friends to see. Five or six other novel ideas have been started under 'new projects,' so I can go into them as I think of them and add to them as necessary.

My favorite thing about using characters and scenes is how easily they can be organized. Because I have so many characters in my book, and I have a hard time remembering who speaks to whom, I appreciate the reference charts and wiring diagrams for how everyone is related. Timelines are also great, since it is a vampire novel that starts in 400 BCE and goes through 2190, giving it literally centuries of history. Maintaining a list of who is who, who created whom, who is loyal to whom, and all that is difficult. There isn't a great deal of variety in the thesaurus. It is easy to stay on track with your personal goals via writing It is an easy-to-navigate editor, not as good as Word, but certainly ample for basic work. The ability to tag characters throughout the book and to then know when they appear in it helps track their appearances. It is very easy to use, but I cannot give it 5 stars because it is a little hard to manage administratively (but being organized is probably worth the effort), and the thesaurus and dictionary functions are not as good as they should be. It is a good book to get most especially if you are a first time novelist. There are many different cultures and nationalities in the character and name generator, so it makes it an engaging tool. The money was well spent, as I am finding out.

This is a very casual approach. Using the regular word processing software on my computer, I merely used a word processor. My problem was that I found it difficult to organize my work, to find specific scenes, and to remember names of characters mentioned in earlier chapters. You should definitely check out this program! Organizing my work has been made possible with this tool. You can show me an overview for the book, ideas that are random, characters that are outlined, and chapters outlined clearly. You will find tabs at the top of the page that will organize everything as you work, as well as chapter headings and character tabs down the left side of the page. Also, the lettering can be enlarged to make it easier to read. I found the software to be easy to use and intuitive, but I wasn't able to figure out everything I could do with it, but I entered text within minutes from the moment I received the product. If you have some experience writing products, you should also find this straightforward. The feeling of growing up as a writer is now rather exciting.

Although the first one was a great introduction, the new one is even better. It is not possible to find an alternative product on the market that fits my needs just as well as * In the old version, the pre and post material was organized into chapters. This updated version has more than 20 new folders that are named glossary, foreword, introduction, and There are a few updates in the new version that provide What a great feeling to be timed based on words written. My plan is to write up a list of improvements that I think should be made for this new version as I explore it. In the past, I have been a loyal customer. I encouraged all my writing workshop students to be familiar with the old version during the classes I taught at libraries and comic cons. The product continues to be praised by me. Write It Now 5 receives a six star rating from me.

I think the learning curve is a bit steep, but it could be worth it. Considering the many factors that go into writing something as intellectual as a novel or biography, it is great that the instructions for using this integrated word processor and story teller are very detailed. It's nice to be able to organize my main ideas on virtual index cards or blocks that relate to each other for me to expand on the particulars. It's a nifty tool that allows the author to keep it simple or to handle a complex plot. Having the CD program meant that I did not need to visit their site and get a password or serial number. Once I had the CD program, it was just a matter of loading. Since there is a menu option in the word processor that allows you to go directly to the site, doing an update is easy.

With this program, I am able to keep track of my characters, their relationships, timelines, plot development, etc. I was looking for a program to help me keep better track of my characters and their relationships. I was surprised at how easy it is to use and all the features it has. There are so many goodies available that you can jump right in and start using the program, or you can read up on all the available options and get even more out of it than you This is a great tool for writers.

I've figured out a solution for one of my writing problems, how to keep all the information I need about my characters and settings in one place. The tool is perfect for the job. The ability to fully appreciate the capabilities of this program and to use it to its full extent will take a while. In this way, I can see where I can add more conflict between characters and see where they relate one to another.

Since I am a senior citizen who is a bit computer savvy, I have found this program to be easier than I keep thinking it would be. My mind could only be read by it if it learned to read mine. As time goes on, it becomes more and more easy.
