It is not compatible with Mac OS X 10

6 or higher is required. This software will not run on your Mac if you purchased it with Snow Leopard, Lion, or an upgrade to one of these or a newer operating system (requires Rosetta for PPC compatibility, which was phased out in Snow Leopard). In Lion, this feature has been disabled/removed.

Works with educational abilities

This is educational software that I bought for my son. He enjoys the 'gameplay,' as it were, but refuses to play it when I ask him to. I'm guessing it flexes his mental muscle, which is why he won't play it. It appears to be both fun and work! In some subjects, such as science and math, my son required assistance.

It's a good product. It presents the material in such a way that it becomes more difficult. For example, a teacher could teach math in two steps (cheat), in which the child is forced to complete several confusing steps by the program. It's not something I'd be interested in purchasing.
