It has been about three months since I have been using this software and I have found it to be quite It's set up so that you can push a button and have your resume appear. Normally, that sounds good on paper, however when you are going through editing, you have to go through a rather tedious process. It stresses you out and makes it very hard to get everything the way you want it. If you're used to using word for documents, you won't like this. It dictates how your resume will look and making everything line up is too confusing. That is the problem with this technology. It has all those bells and whistles. Taking too much control over the formatting, fonts, layout has resulted in a messed up look. Writing my resume took the most time using Microsoft Word®. The purpose of this is not to promote Their software is used since they provide a monopoly on a lot of it. It would be great if you could try before you buy, but they do not allow it. As soon as you use it, you will realize how hard it is. It is unfortunately not possible for me to import my resume. The Word doc should be converted to the Winway format. The format they needed was not allowed, so I had to modify my resume to fit their guidelines. It took me about two hours to write this review after I played around for a while. My head is in but after two hours, I am not quite certain I will be able to do it, but I haven't quite given up! I have my heading in and that's all I have after two hours of playing around. It would be helpful if you could get your hands on a copy first, and then if you disagree with me, please.

A couple days ago, I built my first resume using resume. com and I have to say it helped me immensely. I was able to write my resume more quickly and more professionally using this program than I ever could have It worked like a charm, too, with the resume auditing feature! The program is similar to a spell checker for your resume, and it found some big mistakes I had made with my resume that otherwise might not have been noticed (by me, at least, but not by the Based on customer reviews here at Amazon, Winway appears to be the only software that provides a resume checking feature. As an insurance policy, this is a great choice if you are laying people off like my company was.
