Questions & Answers

What about Windows 8? Can it be installed there?

Due to the fact that I use Windows 7, I have no idea. The Office Home and Business 2010 program should be backward compatible with Windows 8 though. As part of my purchase of Office 2010, I received a notification that I would receive a free copy of Office 2013 when it became available. If Office 2013 is compatible with Windows 8, it should be a breeze

Do you know if this item is one time use?

The license for this software is for 1 installation on a Please be aware that it is not a subscription or expiration date. Thanks.

What is the best way to get in touch with ?

The week before last, I bought MS Office H and B. As a result of the malfunctioning of my computer, I had to return the old to the store to get a new one. What should I do now that I need to reinstall Office?

Are there any limitations to how many computers I can run this on?

There is no way for you to do that.

The software is very good, and there is something to be considered as well
5/5

It is the perfect solution for most users struggling to cope with their basic software needs - A number of improvements over 2007 have been made to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (plus OneNote) The ribbon bar is now integrated within Outlook (the threading of conversations across folders can now happen) In addition, they’ve removed the big round button in favor of a File tab, image editing is much better now (not Photoshop, but a lot better than before) and PowerPoint transitions are easier to use. Maybe not that much stuff, but the 2007 version is so much better that I think it's worth the extra money. Microsoft no longer offers an upgrade path with the Office 2010 series. Also keep in mind that Office 2007 no longer offers an upgrade pathway. Right, I'm sorry to hear that. If you are thinking of buying a particular combination now and upgrading it later, you will not be able to do so. If you think Access or Publisher will be needed in the future, the Professional version is the best option you will be able to get those products right away. You ought not to get them unless you're certain you'll be happy with them as individual products later (and maybe even just buying Professional outright and essentially not using The second reason I prefer this version over Home and Student is that it is licensed for commercial use with a money-back guarantee The business of making money (which includes not-for-profits This is for In Microsoft's licensing view, Home and Student is profitable, while Office is not (and you can read it clearly in the title bar of the program every time you open it). Even if you do not require Outlook, this is the version you will need for anything involving a company-owned device Your home-based business can be profitable (even if it doesn't! )

Out of all the Microsoft products, this is the best by far, and you'll find yourself being productive soon - You will need more time to get used to it if you are coming from version 2007 (version 2003 users will need more time but it will be worth it!).

It contains a product key version I think there is a reasonable bargain here
5/5

My heading is based on the fact that Amazon combines all of the reviews of MS Office Home and Business 2010 into one review folder. The cost was $139 for this version. In addition to the usual suspects, we have 99 There is also OneNote, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Word. Version 32 bit was the only option, and 64 bit was not available. On a 64-bit system, you will be able to use this option without any problems The CPU is a 64-bit unit It is a 32-bit OS, so you don't have to worry about that unless you have 64-bit hardware This is accomplished through the execution of It works fine for me on Win 7 x64.

You have to download the actual software, which I've gotten a lot of trouble with in the past, even when I bought a version with a CD-ROM There is also a CD-ROM The download file for this patch is 688 MB, so you might want to burn it to a CD or DVD if you choose to save it. Microsoft says this patch will not be There might be a need to revise The installation can be completed within a As well as the key, or the thing you are purchasing, it is a good idea to keep it. Every time I type the key onto a document I save it and any lessons I've learned. My commentary on Microsoft Office 2010 won't bore you again, so you can find it on the CD with the downloaded file. The software is little more than a marginal improvement over 2007, and there are hundreds of reviews available (from people whose requirements may be more like yours). This was purchased as a Windows partition for a Mac in large part because the Mac version of Outlook is a complete waste of time. What do you mean? (See where I'm going with this? reflecting current economic conditions. In the event that you need Outlook as part of a legitimate Office subscription, you are unlikely to find a better deal. Best wishes, Tim.

It has good features and useful Office Suite for the most part, and was great value
4/5

I ordered my Windows 7 desktop last week and received it earlier this week Office had a "starter" edition installed, with a purchase key I could have bought directly from an Office program, but Microsoft required me to sign up for a hotmail account and other social media accounts before the download could be obtained. This extra stuff isn't a necessity or a want for me. Fortunately, I found a great product key on Amazon at a much lower price than I expected and without a requirement to set up ancillary It installed in a flash after entering the product key. With my familiarity with Office 2007, I was familiar with the ribbon and was very satisfied with Office 2010. Even though I had to get used to the backstage area, I am now comfortable with it, since it informs me of all the options you have for a specific file. My only criticism for the ribbon tabs is their tiny text and icon sizes. The design is not very pleasing to the eye. As an added incentive to not change my resolution, I don't want to change it because I like it and it's I am used to seeing text at 125% on my desktop and in nearly every other program and browser, so why are the fonts so tiny only on the ribbon of Office 2010? I still used my old XP computer that had the Ribbon, which didn't have such tiny text and icons. Now that I have a new computer, I can see the small text with great clarity, but I have to look twice as In addition, for elderly customers or those with visual impairments, the process is harder. It would be nice if MS could provide a new update that let's the user pick their own default size, according to their vision capabilities.

There is no reason to trust Amazon's Software Library
3/5

In any case, I bought it on My first attempt worked, but then I got a new computer and then I had to download it again from the Software Stubs the executable and downloads them. As soon as I click on it, I get a message saying that the gateway is bad. I called Amazon Support, and they made a call to Microsoft on my behalf, leaving me stranded on the line with a bunch of automated questions, until I was told that Microsoft was The process is not trustworthy.
