This appears to be a similar issue to mine. First and foremost, are you certain you had the Professional Version 12? 0 and up? Premium was a different experience for me. Second, and most importantly, you will require both serial numbers from this point forward, as I nearly threw away the serial number for my previous version. Don't do it, and if you did, you'll have to call Nuance to see if you can get it from them if you registered it.
We've arrived at the nuance, so we're going to look into it.
a specialist Premium is not the case. Premium appears to be discontinued, as evidenced by an Amazon listing for "Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium 13 (Discontinued)." " I'd contact Nuance to see if an upgrade path can be worked out. You'll show up in their database as a legitimate owner of Premium 13, and they should have no trouble sending you a free upgrade link to Professional 13, allowing you to take advantage of the upgrade to Professional 15. br>br>I'm very happy with the upgrade, but you should be aware that it is incompatible with Office 2003. This is unlikely to be a problem for you, but if it is, Office 2016 product keys can be purchased for around $30 on eBay.

Despite the fact that the product claims to work with versions 12 and up, it does not support version 13. If you purchase it with the intention of upgrading from version 13, you will receive non-functional software that Amazon will not refund. It is recommended that you purchase the full version.
Office Home and Student 2016 is available for sale on eBay for a low price. I had been debating whether or not to upgrade to Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional version 15 for quite some time, and I finally decided to do so. I read some negative reviews that said Word 2003 (which is what I was using at the time) didn't work well with version 15, so I decided not to upgrade at first. br>br>However, Office 2016 appears to be no longer in production, so I looked on eBay and found a few sellers selling keys. I only needed Word, so the Home and Student edition sufficed; I purchased a key from a vendor in the United Kingdom for less than $33 USD. The key is delivered electronically, so it's instantaneous and there's no need to pay for shipping. The setup was a pain in the buttocks (as one would expect!). After all, this is Microsoft). But, eventually, Microsoft sorted things out and I was able to start using the new version of Word. This review was dictated using Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 15 and Word 2016. br>br>I'm fairly certain the app won't crash. It's a lightning response. When compared to Word 2003, it is much faster, and the accuracy appears to be better. So far, saying "Spell That" hasn't resulted in the correction I wanted, but this is minor in comparison to the improved response and accuracy. br>br>Overall, I'm very satisfied. If the prospect of paying Microsoft $70 per year to use their version of Word 2016 has kept you from upgrading, take a look on eBay. You can get a permanent version of Word 2016 that is legally and officially registered with Microsoft for under $40 by searching for "Office Home and Student 2016" and following the links. There are also links for businesses in case you require a database or something similar. br>br>I'm not sure how much of the improved response is due to the new Dragon NaturallySpeaking version and how much is due to the more seamless integration with the 13-inch screen. year- I'd prefer a newer version of Word, but whatever the case may be, I'm a happy camper. I was thinking about getting a better microphone for better speech recognition, but I don't think there's any reason to do so now.
It will not accept Dragon 13 Premium as a valid software upgrade source. It's not going to be refunded by Amazon either!.
This 15 was my initial thought. With 13. 0 Pro, 0 Pro would be a good upgrade. Premium: 0; I was thinking the same thing. I was unable to cancel or return this purchase due to a lack of information. I just made a $150 mistake. I'm willing to pay for the full version if I can apply this purchase toward it.
This is what I thought I needed to upgrade, so I purchased it. Unfortunately, my version was Premium rather than Pro, so double-check before purchasing. I also purchased the full version, which I enjoy.
It has a lot of features and was created with a specific purpose in mind. Expect little assistance from the company, and make sure your PC or laptop has enough horsepower to handle it. However, in the end, you'll be better off with it than without it.
br>This was a complete waste of time! br>I'm aware that your company claims I won't be eligible for a refund! WHY? MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED BY YOUR COMPANY!.
From one phone number to the next, I was bouncing around. On hold for the rest of my life. Good product, but if you need tech support, it'll be a nightmare, so hope for the best when it comes to installation.
