For many years, I've been using Dragon to dictate medical letters. I recently had to purchase a Windows 10 computer and discovered that the Dragon software I purchased in 2012 was no longer compatible. I was in desperate need of a high-quality pair of shoes. When used with Windows 10, the Dragon dictation program is a top-notch dictation program, but reviews for previous versions of Dragon described a slew of issues. Dragon Professional Individual 15 was recommended to me, and it exceeded my expectations. Set- It was a breeze to set up, and it has worked flawlessly since the beginning. It is less prone to errors than my previous version. It's not cheap at $233, but it's well worth it to have a completely stress-free life. Dictation on the phone for free. This software is fantastic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I've had no issues with the "Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking USB Headset with Noise Cancelling boom Microphone" that was recommended.
