Will I have to buy the software again if I get a new computer?

So you can't download it on two or three computers in your house if you buy it?

It says: "The number of computers that can be installed may vary. "On what does it rely?

Because it has a unique code, you can only install it on a limited number of computers. If your computer breaks down or is lost, you can install it on the fifth one, and so on, or even a third one.

My previous computer has stopped working. I'm unable to remove my DNS version. Who should I contact in order to get the software installed on my new computer?

If you have the installation information and a dragon company account, they should be able to provide you with an A code to reinstall. Download it, but make sure you have all of your information up to date before doing so. For example, if you don't have a receipt or haven't registered it with the company, you won't be given a new code.

Isn't it true that previous versions of Dragon included both non-English and English? I've been using it since 2005, and it used to be like this?

I tried to put it in English for this version, but there was no option for it, unless you speak Spanish well enough to understand the options, in which case it's a possibility.

To let you know that it is only available in Spanish and that you cannot change it to English, we recommend that you do not purchase this product if you do not speak or understand Spanish.

It's not going to work! I get the message regardless of what I do: Check for a sound card in your computer, or if the wave-in component is missing
