A subscription was renewed with an activation code I purchased. Although I hesitated because some of the reviews discouraged me, I decided to give it a shot since it was about $20 cheaper on amazon. After purchasing, receiving the activation code in an email, opening the activate link, pasting the code, and following the instructions, you are all set. I first had to uninstall my old version and that took a while, but I was up and running in forty minutes from purchase to completion. Hopefully, I'm not going to have to make changes to my older version as it seems to be working smoothly, and the process was only one step through Amazon. It was recommended to read every word in the review and be patient. You can save money when you take this route. However, don't rush into it.
