I was told this was one of the 10 best items but it ended up being a rip off. More apps will be offered to you if you choose to buy them. The thing I like about Kaspersky is how it seems to be good at catching things I shouldn't have on my machine without being constantly annoying. I used to use AVG, but it was extremely tedious since it was constantly warning me about dangerous objects that were discovered during a scan, which turned out to be attachments in emails that my spam filter had already categorized as spam. The updates for Kaspersky are also far less arduous than those of Windows. There's an icon in the corner of my screen that indicates it's time to reboot to apply a new update, where AVG would suddenly pop up as much as I could handle. It is possible that the next keystroke would be the confirmation that AVG needs to reboot, at which point the work I did before it was lost would not be saved.

There is money in the trash, it didn't work, and it was a very disappointing experience. It was not possible for me to install the software on my laptop. Neither Kaspersky's support team nor the vendor were able to resolve the issue. There is no virus on my laptop. I have reported incident #INC000009505970. It was my responsibility to handle the matter, so I gave them access to my files, but they were unable to do so. Where can I get my money back if I can't access the website anymore?.

Kaspersky Total Security or Kaspersky Internet Security have been my security software of choice for quite some time now. Overall, the Kaspersky products have been very useful to me. The issue I am having with both the 2017 version of Total Internet Security and the new Kaspersky Total Security ESD that I just purchased is that Kaspersky is blocking any secure website that I try to open in Firefox. KTS's network settings needed to be modified for me to be able to log onto these Other than Internet Explorer, I have only tested one other browser. Seeing https doesn't pose any problems to me IE is the only browser to view websites.
