In my opinion, this formula leaves a lot to be desired. It's a very natural orange color). My primary concern was that there was no soy or fillers in this product. However, the artificial colors were a deal breaker for me. Despite the price, this brand uses a minimum of chemicals and fillers, and the first ingredient is Timothy hay. There will be no need for me to purchase this product again, and I hope that the old kind can still be found.
His favorite treat is only fresh kale, which is why he stays away from conventional treats like bananas and carrots. As I transitioned him off Oxbow, which he liked, it took him awhile to take to this food. With the passage of time, he has grown accustomed to Kaytee and today obsesses over feeding time, consuming only the green and blue pieces and leaving the pellets. He diets for most of the day and even starves the rest of it. I can watch him contemptuously whenever he can, waiting for me to go to the bag of food, because he doesn't care about his kale anymore. A lot less hay and vegetables are eaten, and he no longer plays or explores as much as he used to. In the 30 seconds it takes to gather those little green and blue kibbles and inhale them at feeding time, he sits, obsessing, probably daydreaming of them. He looks like a little monster. I'm losing weight watching him. It's no longer worthwhile to buy this bunny, because he was already a skinny bunny and I really missed his personality. That is probably the case at Oxbow again.
It's good to know that the first ingredient of the product is alfalfa and not the hull of oats, which is basically the outer shell of the oat, as some cheap feeds do. The little green treats in the feed really appeal to my dwarf bunnies and they dig through it to find them. There was a shortage of alfalfa a few months ago, which made it hard to get this feed. This feed is incredibly cheap now. If you can find it on Amazon, then you can purchase it and your bunnies will be happy.
There is nothing better than As I said, I am probably buying this food for the 7th time, and it is as pure as Whenever she sees it, she goes nuts! There are some little green and blue things that I especially love. It is practically impossible for me to get the bag in her bowl before she takes a swipe at it. She has to be tricked just to let me nab her bowl and fill it with food. There's something in it that she likes so much, but I'm not sure what. This might be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what you think. We are definitely going to buy more of this, since it is her favorite food.
My mouth dropped open when I heard the price. About half of what I pay in stores can be found on Amazon for bunny food. I am in awe. In a time when prices are going up everywhere, I thought Amazon was out of control. I am grateful to Amazon for enabling us to clothe and feed our family, as well as purchase household supplies without having to sacrifice quality for price. The customer is very happy with her purchase.
There was nothing I hated more than the fact that my rabbit Just one week of it, and she is looking for food around the house in search of nourishment. Her favorite food is the pellets, but I do feed her hay and fresh lettuce, too. She is never going to touch these pellets no matter how hungry she is. As a matter of fact, I would come back.
It is more potent and palatable than any other rabbit food I've bought in the past, and I've been impressed with how much you get for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone I know who keeps a rabbit. Continuing to buy this for my rabbit is very important to me and I recommend it to you as well!.
Those would be great as treats if they were available by themselves. It's a great deal and I like this bag because it's 30% less than petco's price and I can get a variety of sizes so my bunny can eat fresh grain now that he's older and eating less and.
