It takes them quite a while to burn out. My bulb is in a reflector hood above a reptile tank that gets lots of airflow, but I still burn it out It's a good thing they're so cheap that it's not a complete.

Initially, I thought my turtle would enjoy this lamp, and he does. I didn't anticipate, however, that my fish would also begin to hang out under it. As of right now, I have two plants so these two, along with the plants, can be happy. A product of this quality can be afforded by almost anyone!.

I don't think you can last more than a month

You can't have them on 24/7, so even if you don't have them on 24/7, they don't last long. I have mine on for 8 hours and one blows every two minutes There are 3 weeks left. They're warm and bright, but they have to be changed so often that it is a hassle.
