I've tried eight different companies and a variety of shampoo and conditioner combinations, and this is the only thing that gives my hair a little shine and control over the mats. When mixing, make sure to follow the directions carefully because you don't want to end up with greasy results if you use too much product or disappointment if you use too little product to water. Biewer terriers have long hair, similar to Yorkshire terriers, but it is drier and less silky, so I use it after a bath towel dry, then top coat and undercoat away from the face. If you have a few mats, spray them all at once. I let them air dry because they like to snuggle up next to the fireplace, and then I spray them again, let them air dry, and then brush them. It works well and keeps brushing to a minimum of three minutes. Once a week, four times a week, every week, every week, every week, every I spray each brush before using it, and then brush it out when it's dry. No need to blow dry, it controls mats and adds shine, and the best part is that I don't have to brush their hair for hours because it's less messy.
I've been grooming dogs for 30 years and have always had a soft spot for showsheen. Well, I must say, this is a huge improvement. I use half the amount and get twice the results. It makes it so much easier for me to demat and undercoat than showsheen does. Don't get me wrong, showsheen is great, but this is even better, and you can make a gallon for less than the cost of one bottle of showsheen.
On my horses, I've used this product for years. Despite the fact that I no longer own horses, I continue to use it on my dogs, cats, and myself! This is something I really enjoy and always recommend. It has a wonderful aroma to it. It instantly removes knots and tangles without leaving a thick, greasy residue. Did I mention how delicious it smells? Wet or dry hair, you simply spray it on, work it in a little, and brush it out. Because it is concentrated, it produces a large amount of spray. br>Just a word of caution if you use it on yourself. Ensure that any excess is wiped away on the bathroom's smooth floor - If you get it on a smooth surface and wear socks, you'll be fine. You'll resemble Tom Cruise as he did in the movie Risky Business. (That's an adult joke)br>Kind of like when you spray furniture polish on the floor to play Slip and Slide at home.
The smell of Laser Sheen is far superior to that of the other popular spray detangler (SS). Laser Sheen has a pleasant scent and is effective in detangling my Paso Finos' long manes and tails. If you want to get the results you want, you must follow the concentrate's mixing instructions exactly; otherwise, just buy the premixed product!.
This is fantastic for dematting my miniature poodle. Brushing is much easier for me now that I don't have a bad arm. It dries quickly and has a pleasant aroma. Between baths, this is a huge help. Because it is highly concentrated and does not clog the sprayer, it will last for many years. I couldn't be more pleased.
Bernard. He swims several times a day in our pond and creeks, and his coat becomes matted and dirty; however, after shampooing and spraying this on his coat, he has remained clean and his coat has remained shiny. br>I really like it! It will significantly reduce the formation of new mats, and I intend to use it on a weekly basis. Instead of bathing my dog every day, I now only have to do so once a week.
I have seven Paso Finos with thick, long manes, and I've used this product for decades! Tangles are a thing of the past, and braiding isn't required. Apply it to your hair, comb it out, and you're ready to go!.
I work as a professional horse trainer and caretaker. For over 20 years, I've used Laser Sheen as my "go to" mane and tail spray. When compared to other single-use bottles on the market, Concentrate is very cost effective, and my customers love it!.
