In the grooming shop, we've been using this product for years; Excellent for dogs who suffer from seborrhea. I would have given five stars just a few years ago. Reasons for a four-star rating now include the following: 'Dilute 8 parts water to 1 part shampoo' was replaced with 'use full strength. ' When I asked what formula changes had been made to cause this, the clown who responded said they hadn't changed their formula since the beginning. ' I had a bottle with the original use instructions, so I used it. There had been a number of changes, including the substitution of some ingredients and the addition or removal of others. So that was lie number two. When I first started using the product, I was assured that it was completely safe ( In fact, it is recommended) for humans as well as the animals mentioned.
