Update- I ordered these twice, and the second batch was slightly larger than the first; they were still lovely, but a little too large to be used in an aquarium like the first. br>I've included some photos. The top two images come from the first order, while the bottom two come from the second. br>I'm a big fan of these stones. They've been in a terrarium as well as two beta tanks. They're a lovely off white color, and unlike lime stone or a lot of painted "white" aquarium gravel, they don't have the chalky feel or dust. br>br>I would still rinse them before putting them in an aquarium, but they do have a low dust content. br>br>A note for aquarium keepers: because these stones are white, they show algea or sediment very easily. Much more so than if the stone were darker. Having said that, I am completely smitten by my purchase. br> I'm thinking about buying some more to mix with another color to brighten up another aquarium or terrarium. I believe they are 100% worth the price I paid. Good, quality, off-the-shelf products. Pebbles from a natural river, white. They're exactly what you'd expect them to be. 👍🏻.

I was let down

To tell you the truth, I was a little disappointed! I ordered three 18-pound bags, and the gravel was the perfect size; however, I reordered eight bags, and only recently opened the packages to discover that all of the gravel is half the size of the three original bags. I'm disappointed, but I'll figure something out because I don't want to deal with returning them! It's difficult to tell from the photos, but there is a noticeable difference in person.
